Ocea Garriock's deep-rooted passion for individual enablement and growth drives her to help others realise their full potential. She is an articulate, engaging and authentic workshop facilitator who leverages different event platforms to motivate and inspire. Ocea shares her skills and knowledge when developing, coaching and mentoring executives and emerging leaders.

Through coaching, she focuses on helping people find their purpose and understand their strengths. She is a Gallup Global Certified coach. She coaches executives and leaders in corporate environments as well as individuals, both in South Africa and internationally.

Ocea has a strong corporate background, having spent over 30 years at IBM, Oracle amongst other organizations, where she fulfilled several technical leadership and director roles. Her international experience, gained through spending 3 years in Singapore assisting in the development of a start-up in Analytics and Governance, ensures that she has a global perspective. She has motivated and led many large high-performance teams to success and looks to continue empowering high potential individuals within organizations through her coaching and leadership enablement.
