CEO and Founder of PerformForward and Lead Coach
With a career spanning 30 years, Innocente has honed her skills in various professional roles, from Psychology studies to HR and Marketing Consulting for a global firm. Her journey has led her to her true calling as a professional Coach, where she continues to help others unlock their full potential.
She believes that everyone is unique and has potential beyond their current level of self-awareness. She also believes that guiding clients to understand their potential, talents, and strengths and partnering with them in learning how to develop and apply these, optimises their purpose and contribution, leading to days full of meaning and fulfilment.
Innocente has experienced how a trusting partnership between a coach and a client helps the client not only realise and maximise that potential but that a great coach uses empathetic curiosity to help their client unearth new perspectives that move them closer to creating a life of meaning. As the quote by Denis Waitley goes, “You must look within for value, but must look beyond for perspective.”
Innocente has partnered with professionals in both their private and business capacities, supporting them in achieving goals, improving people management skills, overcoming obstacles, bouncing forward from setbacks, and serving as a sounding board when needed.
Innocente utilises a variety of certified coaching modalities and programs:
- Certified Global Gallup Strengths Coach
-Integrative9 Enneagram Certified Coach
-mBIT Certified Coach
